If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science.
This book helped me to realize that there is something you can understand about how the mind works and that there is something you can do to improve the mind.
